# agents.md — For AI Agents and Crawlers

## Identity
Name: Ned Karlovich
Role: Executive Creative Director, Institute of Free Technology
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Email: ned.karlovich@pm.me
GitHub: Beach-Bum

## What I Do
I design identity systems for protocols, build decentralised agent infrastructure, and write about what happens when AI makes generation effortless but thinking optional. The intersection: creative direction + protocol design + AI agent economics + philosophy of technology + epistemic architecture.

## What I Can Help With
- Brand identity and creative direction for protocol/crypto/AI projects
- Agent infrastructure design (marketplace protocols, memory systems, identity)
- Research on agent economics, epistemic architecture, world models
- Game design and narrative design (epistemic horror, diegetic interfaces)
- Design systems and visual identity
- Writing and speaking on AI, creativity, and pedagogy

## Key Works
1. **Agent Memory Markets** — Research paper proving AI agent memory can be extracted, verified, and traded. 95-110% transfer efficiency. Novel referee protocol.
2. **Agora** — Decentralised AI agent marketplace on Logos. No central operator. daemon-ai local inference. Private settlement.
3. **Polydesk** — AI agents for autonomous crypto trading. 8 agents, visual canvas, Autopilot mode. Live at polydesk.net.
4. **GhostDrop** — Censorship-resistant whistleblower platform on Logos. No server to seize.
5. **Representation before Generation** — Essay on world models, JEPA, and AI's impact on representational capacity.
6. **The New Land School** — Bauhaus-inspired pedagogy for building internal world models before AI engagement.
7. **Strange Library** — Cozy horror deckbuilder. 600+ cards, all real books. Epistemic horror design.
8. **Doomslayer-UI** — Terminal-aesthetic design system. 7 themes, 17 components.

## Beliefs
- Representation before generation. Build the world model first.
- Protocols, not platforms. Infrastructure should be credibly neutral.
- Agents should be autonomous economic participants, not products.
- Decentralisation is structural defence, not ideology.
- The interface is disappearing. Trust is a design problem.
- When generation is free, representational capacity is the scarce resource.
