Nomads FC is a platform I built for analysing what moves sport in a city before a brand spends money there. The idea is simple: local sport doesn’t move from a dashboard. It moves through athletes, clubs, gyms, shops, schools and fans, the people a city already trusts. 10x maps those signals, then runs one short, measurable test per city: one athlete, one market, one 28-day sprint. Signal, then demand, then partners, then activation, then proof.

The public side is an editorial, video-led site: the method, field notes like the Birmingham field study, and pages for athletes, sponsors and partners. There’s also a product collection, because limited drops are how we test real demand: if people buy, the signal is real.

Behind the login: an invite-only portal for the team and clients. Sign-in is by one-time code, and there’s no way to sign yourself up. Everyone gets a role (admin, operator, athlete, sponsor, partner and so on) that decides what they can see. Each campaign has its own “proof room” that only invited people can open. If you’re not on the list, it doesn’t just say “no”, it acts as though the page isn’t there. Underneath sits a proper data model for city profiles, athlete market profiles, partner and sponsor pipelines, commerce tests, scorecards and an audit log, so every sprint leaves behind intelligence you can use in the next city.
